Welcome to the Resonant Holistic page where you'll find holistic and complementary things for use or reference both for the lay person and Practitioner. Crystal healing is a vast subject and if you haven't worked with crystals before it can be hard to know where to start. I've included here some of the common crystals I use in my Practice, in sets, with full instructions so they are easy to use.

Tip
I have a tendency to feel a bit 'spacey' and tired if I spend a long time working on the computer. I keep my Grounding Kit in its bag on my desk and when I'm going to be on the computer for a while I have the crystals on my lap to help keep me feeling grounded.

Place intuitively or over the thymus and below the base chakra.
Tip
Carry them in your trouser / jeans front pockets one on each side so they are level with your base chakra to help keep you grounded throughout the day.

Tip

Tip
Ideal to have near your computer or phone to fiddle with. I find they help to keep me focused on my own thoughts during 'difficult' phone calls etc so I don't become unsuitably 'entrained' into someone else's agenda.

Description: A celebration of the feminine. The symbols represent (from top clockwise); An Ankh, the Egyptian symbol of life, 3 golden ratio spirals based on the Celtic image of the maiden, mother and crone; a yonic image of a lily signifying beauty and fertility, the moon with a leaf, representing the Earth's responses and female rhythm in tune with the lunar cycles; and in the centre a chalice, a vessel representing a woman's ability to carry a child, nurture and hold. Water and Earth are also represented in the Mandala, both considered female elements.

Description: Depicts thoughts (perhaps rigid or set in patterns; represented by the bricks) which then flow from the person (shown as water which also represents emotions) which turns the waterwheel circulating certain symbolic health aspects. Represents the connection between the mental and emotional, and physical symptom.

Genre: Abstract, fantasy, representational, tribal, textural
Description: Acrylics were used to create rich background colour and then feathers* and an easy fraying fabric2 produce depth and movement with the cut ribbons. The mirror adds further depth and light. When standing close to the picture (try 30cm) the viewer may see their own reflection and with the right focus the overall image seems to give an illusion of wearing a feather-headdress.
(* natural colour ones were found in a park and the coloured one was left behind after a workshop - the end of the quill was snapped and it was going to be thrown away.)
(2 made of unknown plant fibre imported from Africa by an artist I met, who allowed me to have a sample.)
'Fragile' - please note that touching the picture frequently is not recommended - clean when necessary with very light dusting using a fluffy duster-in-a-stick, using extreme care.
